Video plays back jerky due to graphics acceleration rate.
Cause:
The hardware graphics acceleration rate is too slow. This will cause the video to jump.
Solution:
Double-click the 'System' icon, click the 'Performance' tab, and click 'Graphics...'. Move the 'Hardware acceleration' slider bar for graphics to the right.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'System' icon. (The 'System Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Performance' tab. (The 'Performance' tabbed page appears.)
5) Click 'Graphics...'. (The 'Advanced Graphics Settings' dialog box appears.)

6) Slide the 'Hardware acceleration' slider bar to the far right.
7) Click 'OK' and click 'OK' again.
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the 'Control Panel' window.
9) Replay the video.
